We had not had our air ducts cleaned at all. My HVAC company recommended Duct Diagnostics. And I am mighty glad they did. The three-person team of Duct Diagnostics, led by Eric did a fantastic job. They came in at 7:30 am and left around 4 pm. They did a thorough job and cleaned up the work areas before they left. I would highly recommend Duct Diagnostics for your duct cleaning needs.

Duct Diagnostics did an amazing job cleaning our HVAC! We recently bought a home and could tell the ducts needed major work. Actually, when the team came to evaluate our system, they said it looked like the HVAC had never been cleaned since the house was built in 1993. Josh and Gibson were extremely professional, personable, and transparent with costs and services. They showed detailed pictures at the start and end, always confirmed with us before starting an unexpected part of the cleaning, and kept our house spotless throughout. The entire cleaning was done in 4 hours - well ahead of schedule without compromising the quality. We will absolutely be booking with this company in the future and will be recommending to others in need of their service!

Duct Diagnostics did an excellent job on cleaning the furance and all the duct work. There were 6 people here in the morning and 3 in the afternoon that did a great job of removing the direct and cleaning our system. We just had our ducts cleaned today and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. They took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, showed us before-and-after photos, and made sure every vent, return, and the main trunk lines were cleaned properly. You could immediately tell they take pride in their work. They were also incredibly respectful of our home — wearing shoe covers, protecting floors, and cleaning up completely before they left. The difference in air quality is noticeable already. As new homeowners, it gives us real peace of mind knowing the system is clean and running efficiently. If you’re considering duct cleaning, don’t hesitate. This team was honest, efficient, and worth every penny. Five stars all the way!

The team was courteous and professional. They arrived on time and described what needed to be done at our house. They put drop cloths over surfaces where they would working to keep our space clean. I called Duck Diagnostics today for an issue I thought I had with my ducts. Tim Called me right back within minutes of my call to them and spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me walking me through the percieved problem. It turns out I had no issues at all with the ductwork. Tim didn't try to make me book an appointment, he just helped me realize that all was fine with my ductwork. I highly recommend Duck Diagnostics!

The crew, Bobby and John, did a meticulously thorough and clean job. Both were most courteous and pleasant individuals. It really showed they knew what they were doing. The company, Duct Diagnostic , LLC, was highly recommended by our AC company and we’re are very pleased with the outcome. They are expensive, but worth it. Highly recommended.
