My husband, Paul, called Duct Diagnostics after getting a referral from a friend, and is he glad he did. From the nice office secretary, to the owner, Ralph, (who personally came out to our home for the estimate)to the two technicians who serviced the duct work, Jim and Scott, from"soup to nuts" all was great. Everybody was professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them!

The crew (Dan, Leo & John) showed-up right on time, explained what was involved with cleaning the ducts, walked through the house with us to make sure they knew where all the supply & return register were located and went to work. They put down drop cloths, covered all furniture near their work area and wore booties when in the house. The entire process was dust free! They were friendly & courteous. They showed us before and after photos of the ducts…BIG difference! Well worth the money! It’s great to work with a company that cares about their workmanship and their customers. We highly recommend them!

Dan and Anthony came to the house to do the job. They were very neat and conscientious as they did their work. They shared before and after photos, which were very helpful. Very happy with this group.

Great experience from first phone call all the way through to the final day of the job. Rob was able to provide an estimate based on the FaceTime walkthrough we did of the entire house - including the attic and basement. He was knowledgeable, thorough, open and forthcoming every step of the way. We scheduled the job for a few months out bc of the crazy winter we had and when I had to reschedule at the last minute bc of a travel conflict DD was more than accommodating. The crew was punctual, if not early, clean and respectful. Kevin and Andrew were excellent and efficient. Both extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We had not had our air ducts cleaned at all. My HVAC company recommended Duct Diagnostics. And I am mighty glad they did. The three-person team of Duct Diagnostics, led by Eric did a fantastic job. They came in at 7:30 am and left around 4 pm. They did a thorough job and cleaned up the work areas before they left. I would highly recommend Duct Diagnostics for your duct cleaning needs.

Duct Diagnostics did an amazing job cleaning our HVAC! We recently bought a home and could tell the ducts needed major work. Actually, when the team came to evaluate our system, they said it looked like the HVAC had never been cleaned since the house was built in 1993. Josh and Gibson were extremely professional, personable, and transparent with costs and services. They showed detailed pictures at the start and end, always confirmed with us before starting an unexpected part of the cleaning, and kept our house spotless throughout. The entire cleaning was done in 4 hours - well ahead of schedule without compromising the quality. We will absolutely be booking with this company in the future and will be recommending to others in need of their service!
