Duct Diagnostics was founded by Ralph Fico in 1998. He has a background in HVAC, holds a BS in accounting and a MBA from Sacred Heart University. Ralph has grown his company to be a leader in the duct cleaning and sealing industry in CT. He is a member of the CHCC and holds the office of treasurer.

His ethics and fair treatment of employees has enabled him to keep many of his employees since they joined the company over 20 years ago.
